BEKALIVING is a furniture company established in 1970, known for combining modern and aesthetic elements with high quality and functionality, all while maintaining a minimalist design approach. With the philosophy of “Buy Less, Buy Better,” BEKALIVING blends traditional values like customer satisfaction with modern technologies to deliver its high-quality, “Made in Turkey” products to customers both in Turkey and around the world. The story of BEKALIVING began in 1970 in the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul as Beka Furniture. Founded by Baki Özdemir as an upholstery workshop, the company continued its success story in the 1980s under the brand name Beka Çam in Istanbul. In the 1990s, Beka Furniture became one of Turkey’s leading companies engaged in both the import and export of furniture, especially with countries like Germany, Italy, and Spain. The company served as the Turkish distributor for the Italian brand Arredo Classic and the Spanish brand Vidal Grau. With over 50 years of experience, the family-owned Beka Furniture continues to serve its valued customers under the “BEKALIVING” brand. Under the leadership of the second-generation family member, Reyhan Özdemir, the company operates from our Çatalca Production Facility and through E-Commerce platforms, adapting to the dynamics of our increasingly digital world.

Reyhan Özdemir completed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Koç University and earned her master’s degree in International Communication and Development from City University London. She began her professional career in the Business Development Department at Société Générale Bank and later worked in the International Marketing Departments at Ülker’s London Office and Koç Holding/Koç University. After continuing her career at SOCAR, she served as a manager in the fields of Digital Transformation, R&D, and Technology at Azersun Holding in Azerbaijan and the Istanbul Chamber of Industry. She is the founder of BEKALIVING.
